1) To improve the quality of life, at home, for families who are raising children with autism
2) Help in the professional development of employees to create a better understanding of what autism is and how communities can really help to create change
3) To educate child care centers about the specific cognitive and behavioral needs of children with autism so that parents can re-establish themselves in the work field of their choice.
The basis of these guiding principles are to improve the quality of life for children diagnosed with autism, their families and the community we live in.

Essence of Behavior, LLC serves families, schools and a variety of community providers in the Mid-Michigan area, including Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties.
